Description: This new heavy equipment dealership is a great example of client and contractor working together through the design process to ensure a successful project. The building features 4 different crane systems and an eave height of 30’. Rose was hired to design and build this project and it turned out to be a huge success. The design build method gives the owner the greatest amount of influence over his project. The owner, designer, and builder are all able work together early in the process eliminating unnecessary change orders which saves the owner money and time.
