BAYER CROPSCIENCE

SIZE: 100,000 SQ. FT.

Location: Memphis TN

Description: Rose Construction was the general contractor for the Bayer CropScience facility at the Memphis Agricenter. The project encompasses site prep and a new greenhouse & headhouse facility of approximately 100,000 square feet total. The greenhouse will feature 40,000 sq. ft. of growing space as well as headhouse and office area. The sustainable design that will have a reduced footprint by incorporating automation into the design, meaning less materials and a 40 percent reduction annually in natural gas and electricity consumption.
